Storyt is an aggregator platform designed to connect writers and publishers. It enables:

• Writers to upload sample manuscripts
• Publishers to list their expertise and accept submissions

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

• User-uploaded content (manuscripts, bios) remains the property of the user.
• Writers grant non-exclusive rights to publishers for evaluation.
• Storyt claims no ownership of any user content.

3. Content Submission Guidelines

• Only 3 chapters may be uploaded unless requested otherwise by a publisher.
• Content must be original and non-infringing.
• Publishers must use submissions strictly for evaluation.

Storyt is not responsible for:

• Stolen content or idea disputes
• Confidentiality breaches or copyright violations by users

4. Platform Usage Rules

• Misuse, spam, or impersonation will lead to account suspension.
• Profiles must be accurate and honest.
• Users are responsible for their own interactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Storyt acts only as a connector and is not liable for:

• Publisher verification or publication guarantees
• Loss of data or revenue
• Unauthorized use of content by third parties
• Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate terms or harm platform integrity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
